Rates and Policies
We have many package plans available and offer off-season rates as well.Group Rates: Discounts are available when 8 or more rooms are rented. A 20% advance deposit is required on all group reservations. The group must appoint a group leader, who will reserve all accommodations and pay with one check or credit card.
Handicapped Enhanced Rooms: We have limited rooms that are handicapped enhanced. Please make your request known for handicapped enhanced room at the time of your initial reservations to insure availability.
Cribs & Rollaway Beds: Village Lodge rooms are limited to five guests per room. There is no extra charge for cribs or rollaway beds.
Alcoholic Beverages: Consistent with the policies of Advent Christian Village, alcoholic beverages are not permitted while on the campus.
Pets: We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in any of our rooms, lodges, or cottages, but off-site boarding services are available.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations by groups must be made within 60 days of arrival date to be eligible for full refund of deposit. Should cancellations be received later than 30 days, the group will be held responsible for balance if another group does not rent the facilities. Cancellations of individual room rentals should be made within 24 hours.
Tipping: Tipping for services is not included in prices/rates and is up to the discretion of the guest.
